Rocking Your African Print (Ankara) All Year Round

You don’t have to give up wearing your bold African prints also known as Ankara because summer is over and winter is approaching. Ankara comes in various colourful prints and you can still rock them in fall/winter.

Here are few tips to make you more confident wearing your print in Winter.

1. Wear thermal/layers under if possible.
2. Make sure you get outfits that are fully lined inside. Linings add extra warmth to cold weather wear, they are also lightweight and slippery, therefore making it easy to put on and take off a garment.
3. Depending on the style or design you choose, you can wear with leggings, tights, boot, turtleneck, light sweater etc.
4. Wear a nice warm winter coat on your outfit to keep you warm.
